Five days before their scheduled comeback on MNET M!Countdown, U-KISS member 일라이(Eli) is now suffering from a knee injury after tearing one of his leg muscle. After some medical diagnosis, the group's agency NH Media said that, only six members of U-KISS will be performing on their comeback performances scheduled 5 days from now. They also added that U-KISS' Eli need a a full recovery before coming back on stage again.

On the other hand, U-KISS' Neverland album is now doing well on sales & now topping some various music charts after they released it last September 1.
